About

Principal Project Manager at Oracle with deep hands-on technical experience. I work as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and development team member on My Oracle Support, the platform 3,000+ customer service agents use to resolve customer problems from the simple to the very complex. My hands-on work over the past decade has centered on Jenkins CI/CD pipelines (Groovy), Docker, and Kubernetes. Before Oracle, I spent 14 years at Sun Microsystems, installing and troubleshooting servers valued at up to $10M for Fortune 500 customers.

I also build and run systems on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This site is one of them: two compute instances behind a load balancer, with content kept in Object Storage.
